I have been an avid workout person for years now, but declining health issues have forced me to find a new workout routine and softer on my body. However, I still want great results.
My normal workout schedule is 5 days a week with two skip days. Thank God for the internet I was able to research Hot Yoga in depth. I LOVE a good sweat that a hard workout gave me, so this was a must.
I found a great website with free videos and I heat my small workout room to 100 degrees and about 50-60 humidity. For now until I move (then will buy something that combines both) I use two space heaters and a vaporizer. I have a cheap thermometer that has a humidity dial on it to.. Waaaalaaa....A Hot Yoga room!
I use to have a salon in my home ions ago and had a tanning room too. This has become my workout room since, and it has an exhaust fan in it so when I am finished I can get the humidity out of the room immediately.
Here are a couple great places to read and add Yoga to your life. I truly wish I would have made this transition sooner. I practice Yoga 5 days per week in a hot room.......Looove it!
