Forum: Forgiveness of Self

This forum is dedicated to forgiveness of self.
Hmm....does it  sound impossible? For some it does seem not possible to let go of our own mistakes. However, forgiving ourself may be the most important person to find forgiveness for.

If we don't heal our own wounds they will truly sabtoge you personally and professionally.

Tell us your story! Share with others and find support.

I wrote a forgiveness exercise titled, "The Clemency Exercise". It will take you through the healing process of forgiveness of self or someone else.

Check it out here!

Pssst! You can save money with the bundle packages in the eHelp library... I love a deal, so I wanted to offer one to you too!

Ok,

I am going out on a limb here. I have never seen a forum dedicated to MY past mistakes, so this is great. I am truly one that never lets my own mistakes go in life. I re think them all the time and I am so tired of it.

They can be the smallest things of saying something stupid or treating my past boyfriends terrible. I never let them go.

I haven't really discussed this with anyone so this is a first. It is scary to try and go into detail becasue I am embarrassed, so this is a start.

Wheww... that was a little tough for me to say, but it is so true!

Listen up Ladies, as your excuses have run out.

There are no longer any excuses not to care for ourselves as women.

Trust me on this, so get a piece of paper and a pen. With this small shopping list you will  making a quick trip to your local Dollar store or some people have a .99 Store. I use this as an example because if you live in the boonies you can still  find a store with great values.

Items on your list:

1. Incense - You will find these in the air freshener section. Look toward the top shelf. If you don't have a burner a small container with sand will work just fine. $1

2. Go to the soap section and find Vaseline Intensive Care bath beads. They usually have two scents. My fav is Gentle Breeze. No it isn't in a fancy jar, but you will never choose another brand again! $2

3. Go to the baby section and choose the lavender topped lotion. The store brand one. $1 [Some places maybe $1.50]

Now choose a time to take a hot bath and relaaaax! Trust me here...

And its all only $5!
