Wow! This is a scary one because if I went with the first two names that come to mind is me and an ex boyfriend who always called me fat. Funny, I do the same thing, but how can someone who is suppose to love you be so cruel.

I have a hard time forgiving him because he doesn't deserve it. From what i have heard he is terrible to his current girlfriend too and they have been together for a while now. I do feel sorry for her because I know what it is like behind close doors too.

This is giving me something to think about. Thanks for asking? lol

Talking people in one's life that one can't forgive I think one would to understand the fact that unforgivveness causes more harm than good to the one haboring it. I believ that no matter how one has been hurt there is always the need to forgive so as to live free

Thank you for your words of wisdom and it  is very true. However, often a person needs to express the feelings and talk it through to find the forgiveness. I wish it was as easy as flipping a switch, but in reality it isn't.

The end result is freedom and it is a journey to get there. The journey is where many people get stuck and can't find their way.
