I am too afraid to start something new!

Hello!

I love this place where I can talk about my fears. Even though right now I am a little afraid to write about them.. Wheww...but here goes...confuse

I want to be able to be self-employed again someday, but do not know where to start. My old career is long gone and I want something new. When I talk about different ideas with my friends they always chuckle and say oh yeah that will happen! This  just kills my spirit and I give up. no

Does anyone else get this unsupportive backlash from people who are suppose to be your friends?

Hey,

I am new too. I hope this is a safe place to talk about my fears. I have been bashed before on other message boards, then I just walk away feeling worse.

I hear people talk about a passion and I wish I had one. I love what I do, [hairdresser] but it doesn't obsess my thoughts. Not sure what is really a passion. Maybe if my clientele is bigger I would be happy. I just bought a couple great ebooks on cosmetology and building my buisness. Maybe this would spark my passion again. I don't know..

I am with you on starting something new. I usually check thoughts out on the internet because it's right there and usually can find info. Also, your friends won't make fun of you if you have a new crazy thought. My friends have done the same thing. Some friends huh? I just choose not to share with them anymore.

Thanks Pammy,

I hate that when my friends are so negative with my ideas. Why is that anyways? If they are my friends, I want to share with them.

I am with you though now. Very gun shy of my friends. That is what is great about online friends too. You can find others who think alike.

Hello Ladies,

My name is Jami and I am one of Visions-Chapter III virtual assistants. Your comments are common ones when it comes to needing support during discovery of dreams.

Just a friendly reminder to check out the eHelp Library for assistance and at-home coaching assignments. There is one specifically for 'Discovering your passion' or "Open a new door in life"... When you have a moment I think you will find it benefical to check them out.

I always so 'go for your dreams' and find a way to live them!

Jami A.

I have bought one of these and they are great! I do seem to check back here and read what you are all writing. I don't always post though.

I am going to check these things out too. They sound interesting. I am doing so much better that I may start 'thinking' of what my dreams really are. Jsut being able to say this makes me know I am doing better since K** dumped me last winter.

Hey, it's summer and things look better!

Hello everyone!

I see alot of new faces here! Wow! I lost touch with the online world and have been just living life I guess. I look forward to finding support here with some of the issues that seem to plague me daily. I sit around and eat my feelings too. I know I gained a little weight last year too.

I am going to check in here and find support. Wow, its really grown with intersting topics too. Many that really peak my interest!

I am so glad I had this urge to check in here.
