Most people criinnnggee when I pose this question. They duck, dodge, lower their head, change the subject, or simply just say it stinks! To be honest, that is very common until we start paying attention to our self-esteem. This isn't something that changes and strengthens on autopilot without some initial work.
Now, now, this doesn't mean we all need 20 years of work with a Psychiatrist... quite the contrary. You would be amazed how awareness and honesty starts changing the level of our self-esteem.
It can turn today.. So reply or start your own thread. We would love to hear from you and we are ALL in this same boat.
FYI: Our inner voice is the voice of our self-esteem. What is yours trying to tell you?
This is an open invitation to speak with me one on one is a coaching session and we also have many fantastic self-coaching assignments too.

What resonated with me is that part about having awareness and honesty. For anything to change in our lives, we need to be aware of the things that aren't working. It comes from the inner voice. It's also important that we're honest with ourselves about it. Journaling and making lists really helps sort this one out.

That is one great way to begin learning about "Us"...It continues with asking ourselves what part of our issues is our responsibility so we can learn from the lessons too.
I look forward to everyone posting their first list or easy issue they would like to resolve.
Body image?
Feeling judged?
