Welcome to our safe, tight knit community!

We are strict when it comes to our rules of no spamming or outside advice given on these message boards. I live within our personal and professional integrity, so we cannot allow outside professional advice to filter in. We only back our own professional advice and guidelines. (Your signature lines are the only place to promote your business)

1. There will be no bashing, bullying, hate filled posts. We have a low tolerance for this behavior, so you will be banned immediately when found.

2. NO Spaming your business or products in your posts. You can state a 'simple' signature line. If we believe you are too bold in breaking our rules, we will send you a note.

3. This is a supportive community so please understand there are many people hurting who are truly looking for guidance and support.

4. Pay it forward. On the days you are feeling good, please come back and support someone else experiencing a tough time.

5. If any professionals are found promoting themselves in any way you will be banned immediately - no questions asked. Please respect our rules with signature line promotion only.

6. Please only post messages that are genuine questions or attempts to share knowledge.

7. Contain, promote, or link to sexually explicit or violent material.

8. Promote, depict, or link to material that promotes or depicts discrimination based on race, gender, religion, national origin, physical or mental disability, sexual orientation, or age

9. Contain unlawful material, including but not limited to materials that may violate another's intellectual property rights, or links to a site that contains such material

10. Contain information regarding or promoting illegal activity, or linking to a site that provides such information

11. Contains spam, pyramid schemes, or other unrelated advertising material; or

12. Is considered by us to be obscene, excessively violent, threatening, harassing or otherwise objectionable; or

13. Is deemed by us to be unsuitable for any other reason. If we decide that a post is unacceptable, we will remove the post. Depending on the severity of the post or the past history of the user who made the post, we may rescind that user's membership to our community.

Thank you for helping to maintain the quality of our boards.

In addition, we will not be coaching through these forums. However, we are the moderators and we will weigh in on various threads from time to time.
