My inner voice got me out of bed early this morning, and I went to exercise! As much as I wanted to listen to my eyes telling me to stay in bed sleeping for another 2 hours.
ok, then I must have multiple personalities because my inner voice says lots of different things and sometimes talks to much! Seriously though, how do you figure out which one is the right inner voice? When do you best hear yours? Hope this isn't off topic. When I was younger it was the voice that said don't think about it just do it. You think to much and will talk yourself out of going. That is what I'd say to myself when I was afraid to try something new. Now I'm older, so things seem to get more mixed up. Not sure if I'm making sense. LOL BearyB
I am back! MIA for a while I know, I know. When I read my past posts I realize how much better I AM doing. I wasn't sure, until I read where I was a few months ago. I am kinda thinking wow at the moment. Not perfect, but definitely better. It encourages me to continue with my workbook too. I ordered one of the journals from the Pearls Store, that is very cool. { a tee too for summer, hey I deserve it! ]
